This programme provides a comprehensive knowledge to the learners about the basic aspects of rural development in India. It is primarily meant for those learners who because of limitations of the time and resources are unable to take up Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Development but are still interested to have an orientation in rural development within a short period of time.
